Brandon Tomes Subaru challenged their employees, customers, and community to help collect 1,000 new pairs of children’s shoes for Collin County Children’s Advocacy Center (CCCAC). This shoe drive took place during the entire month of May. There were a few ways to help. Brandon Tomes Subaru donated two pairs of shoes for every new vehicle sold in the month of May, and one new pair of shoes for each lube oil/filter service completed. Brandon Tomes Subaru rallied the community on social media and through their website to help meet their goal of 1,000 new pairs of shoes. Donations were dropped off by employees and customers, but monetary donations were also accepted. Brandon Tomes Subaru used the monetary donations to purchase additional pairs of shoes. Collin County Children’s Advocacy Center was pleased to receive more than 1,000 new pairs of children’s shoes on June 3rd. Brandon Tomes Subaru exceeded its goal of 1,000 shoes and collected and delivered 1,016 total new pairs of children’s shoes to the Collin County Children’s Advocacy center. The mission of CCCAC is to provide safety, healing, and justice for children victimized by abuse or neglect in our community through a variety of services free of charge to affected children and families. Brandon Tomes Subaru is proud to partner with them and continue to serve the Collin County community.
